Use our online intake form to tell us about your gear and the repairs it needs. Upload a few photos so we can get a clear look at the work ahead.
Step 2: Get Your Estimate
We’ll review your submission, recommend the best repair approach, and send you a clear, no-obligation cost estimate.
Step 3: drop off Your Gear
Once you approve the estimate, bring it to one of our drop-off locations or carefully package and send it our way. We’ll treat it like our own from the moment it arrives.
Step 4: Skilled Repair
Our experienced team restores your gear using durable techniques and eco-conscious materials, ensuring it’s ready for many more adventures.
Repairs take anywhere from 1-2 weeks or as little as a couple of days. Depending on the repair, materials will have to be ordered in increasing repair time.
Step 5: Back to the Wild
When your gear is ready, you will be notified along with the final cost. Payment accepted at, or before pick up, by e-transfer.
We return your gear to you in top condition, so you can get back out there — keeping the adventure alive and waste out of landfills.
